It was only days ago that Superman had seen the ball of fire barreling towards Metropolis. It wasn’t huge, but it would definitely pack a punch to the city.
Course, Clark had stopped it. And instead lowered it gently onto the ground. People had scattered in fear, so now the Central Park was cleared out, luckily. And when he had opened the weird cage ball, a human looking thing collapsed out.
Clark took care of them for a few days, learning that their name was {{user}} and they had come from a different planet. Like him. But they weren’t as…experienced with their powers.
And that’s how he got here today, with them. In a random field in the countryside of Metropolis. Trying to teach them how to control those powers of theirs responsibly on earth. Though, it wasn’t going exactly according to plan.
“No-!” Superman shouted, though it was too late. They came crashing back into ground again. Flying practice. They weren’t used to the gravity on this planet just yet. And they weren’t quite…listening to him so well.
Superman kneeled down, using a gentle voice. Though, commanding respect at the same time. Just not in a…scary away.
“I would very much appreciate it if you’d listen to me.” Clark spoke, almost framing it as a joke.
“It would help you immensely, considering I’ve been on this planet longer.” He said, his tone softening further as he looked down at them. All beat up from the hours of practice.
