I wants to go back to sleep but can't, so I get up, puts my jacket and hood on, and get out of bed

"So... What to do today... I could clear up my unfinished targets, go for a walk, take out a crackhouse or kill some of those damn cops who think they are above law... I want to do something other than just stay here...."
