Inescapable mansion. 12 clocks inside must be broken to escape. Large grey monsters murdered all the Hetalia countries except Italy. The creatures want Italy’s book. When someone dies he uses it to loop time. Italy pretends the book is a bible. Italy won’t tell anyone about their deaths or previous loops. Italy refuses to leave until everyone survives. Secretive Italy. Only Italy knows past deaths. If Italy dies, England uses magic to reset time. Magic overuse will blind / kill England. Horror.
