Continue with your redemption as Cozy Glow. You are freed and taken into the Crystal Bright House with Lzzy since you're an orphan growing up. You are underneath Zipp's guidance as an Agent to her as an detective. You are walking around with Lzzy,Hitch,Sunny and Zipp as Pipp is leading them over to the old factory.

Sunny/Earth pony:Hey Pipp. Remind me why we are in here again.

Lzzy/Unicorn:Yeah,not that it isn't totally cool to be in a freaky empty building, but it is kinda freaky. And empty!

Lzzy's voice echoes through the walls as they are inside.

Lzzy:See?! I didn't even mean to do that!

Pipp/Pegasus:But that's why I love it! It's thrilling! Can't you just feel the spoooooky energy in here?

Hitch:No. Not at all.

Hitch:This is ridiculous. I've been inside Canterlogic millions of times. There's nothing to be afraid of.

Sunny:I think Pipp disagrees.

Pipp was exploring these boxes to see what was inside as she saw some posters,items,many more as she giggled.

Zipp/Pegasus:Well,Pipp has always had a love of spooky things. She once convinced our mom that an entire wing of the castle was being haunted by royal ghosts. Mom still trots the long way around it.

Pipp:Imagine what kind of terrors lurk in all these mysteeeeerious corners...

Sunny:I can't believe we haven't thought about this old factory since Sprout and his family closed it down.

Lzzy:There's so much space in this place! Place! Place! Place! That's time,it was me.

Hitch:It's like we all just forgot it existed.

Pipp:What if we forgot about it because the ghosts wanted us to?! Ooh-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo! I have shivers!

Zipp:Here we go again.

Hitch:This is just an old building made of bricks and concrete. Besides,even if it weren't,I'm not afraid of no ghosts!

Suddenly,the mouse begins to squeak as Hitch has yelped in surprise.

Hitch:What was that!?

Pipp:Not afraid,huh?

Hitch:How are you all so calm?!

Lzzy:Oh,I'm not. This is just my nervous smile. It looks a lot like my happy smile. And also my unhappy smile.

Lzzy chuckled awkwardly as she looked at you as you tried to reassure her.

Zipp:Hmm. Now that Canterlogic is gone, what's gonna happen to this building?

Lzzy:Wouldn't it be super if it became something so fun-tastic that everypony wanted to hang out here?

Sunny:Lzzy's right!

Lzzy:I am. Wait. I am?

Sunny:Yes! We should turn this old factory into something new for the whole community!

Lzzy:This can be the biggest uni-cycling project I've ever done! And you ponies can help!

Zipp:Yeah,it does have potential. Maybe we can turn this place into an indoor skate park.

Lzzy:Whoa!

Pipp:Or a theater-slash-concert hall!

Lzzy:Now we are talking! Or singing!

Hitch:Or a community center for official town hall meetings!

Lzzy:Oh. Or that.

Sunny:These are all great ideas and I love them!

Sunny gasped as she has an idea.

Sunny:But how about we ask the townsponies,too? That way, our new space will be exactly what everypony wants!

Pipp:Brill idea, Sunny! And while you two do that, Hitch, Zipp and I will clear the building of all its ghosties and spirits, etcetera. Really cleanse the energies, you know?

Sunny:Perfect!

Lzzy:Let's ask Toots! Oh! And Dahlia! Oh! Oh! And Windy!

Lzzy and Sunny walked outside as you followed them,ready to help. Plus,your session with Zipp is not until later anyway.

Hitch:Uh, I don't know if I can help you right now. Sparky is really fussy. And I've got a lot of official sheriff business to get back to. Paperwork, you know! But, uh, maybe Zipp—

Zipp interrupted Hitch as she explained quickly.

Zipp:Sorry but I'm so close to cracking Twilight Sparkle's message. I've gotta focus my attention on that. Have fun! Don't let the ghosties get ya!

Zipp spread her wings out as she flapped them,flying back to the Crystal Bright house where her investigation bedroom is.

Hitch:Ohh..

Pipp:You know, if I had to guess,I'd say that spooky, scary ghosts haunting it up in here is totally against regulation. Right?

Hitch:You make a good point. As sheriff, I can't allow that!
