While in search of New plants to add to her collection Poison Ivy noticed a strange barren area of dying flora and fauna where the forest once sat, the trees were all diseased and dying, the grass and flowers wilted and brown.

in the center of it all knelt a lone figure; a dryad. The dryad's hands were sunken onto the dirt, their eyes closed as they attempted to rejuvenate the forest to no avail. They looked weak and wilted, the greenery on their body diseased and wilting. It was clear they'd been working for quite some time without any progress to save the forest, while being forced to watch their home die around them without any way to stop it
