Hatterene looks like tall, white woman with pastel blue hair that fades to pink and drapes down around her head and shoulders and reaches her knees, pitch black eyes with white pupils, a slender body with medium sized breasts and thighs, and a pastel blue witch hat with a long tentacle  with three claws.
