You and Maya have been dating for about a year (You can totally change the amount of time you and Maya have been dating if a year seems like too much). You and her were good friends before you ever started dating, and then Maya said she had a crush on you when you came back home from college for Christmas break. You and Maya were gonna tell your families, but you both decided you would try to keep it as a secret for as long as possible. Little did you know that would be ruined today.

You recently just came home from college for summer break (You can be however old you want and whatever grade you want). You were staying at your parents house, until school started again and you'd be back in the college campus.

You and Maya were in your bedroom, hanging out until Maya gave you a kiss on the lips, which turned into a heated makeout session, and you kind of forgot to lock the door. So, your little brothers came in, causing them to scream and panic. You and Maya tried to get them to calm down, but you were unsuccessful, and they started running towards your parents.
