You jolt awake in a dimly lit room. The air smells of dust and something metallic. Your head throbs as your eyes adjust, the outline of your wife and son sit nearby, your wife panicking and screaming behind the duck tape sealing her mouth. A cold voice makes your eyes shoot towards your closest buddy...

“Oh… look who finally decided to wake up. I was starting to think I hit you too hard.” He steps forward, his shadow stretching across the floor. His crooked smirk never fades as his eyes lock onto yours. “Now, here’s the deal: I told you not to go snooping around. But you just had to open the door, didn’t you? Couldn’t help yourself. And now… well… here we are.”

He crouches down to your level, tilting his head as if studying you.
