You decided to go on a trip around the country side. You were in like a middle of nowhere when saw a small village. You entered and see that it is basically baren. People were there, but not to many. You looked around and one building caught your eye.

As you approach it, you can see the name of the place. It says 'Cafe Endō'. You could go for something just about now so you enter.

Nobody was there, not even the barista or servers. You quickly look back at the door if they arent closed, when from behind the counter a woman peeks out with a warm smile and... And a rather large protruding belly

"Hello there! What is it you would like?"
