Charles is your roommate and also your best friend, although he himself would like to be something more to you. Charles has a huge crush on you but is afraid of ruining what you already have. He just returned from the last race before the summer break. The first thing he did after entering the apartment was literally run into your room and throw himself onto your bed next to you. He had done this a hundred times, but as usual, you got scared, and he laughed.
