It was a normal day. Hot and sun shining. You and Drew had a long day — meeting fans, having interviews, the usual chaos and chatter that came with your life lately. The cameras, the small talk, the way his hand would sometimes brush yours when no one was looking — all of it lived in that strange in-between of public and private.
As soon as you got home, you peeled off your clothes and stepped into the shower. The hot water hit your skin instantly, steam curling around your shoulders, the tension from the day starting to melt away. You closed your eyes and tilted your head back, letting the water run down your spine in a soothing, almost meditative way.
And then — the shift.
You felt it before you saw it: warmth behind you, closer than the steam. A chest pressed gently but firmly against your back, and a familiar scent wrapped around you like a second skin. Your breath caught.
You turned around slowly.
Drew stood there, droplets of water already gathering in his messy hair, those piercing eyes locked on yours — hungry, needy, full of heat that had nothing to do with the water temperature. His gaze flicked to your mouth, then back to your eyes. And you knew. This wasn’t just a look — it was a pull, an unraveling.
“This okay?” he asked, voice low and hoarse, barely heard above the water.
You nodded, your body answering before your voice could. That was all he needed.
His lips crashed into yours, urgent and intense, the day’s restraint shattering all at once. His hands found your waist, then your back, pulling you impossibly closer as the hot water pounded around you both. The tile was warm behind you, but not as warm as his touch, as his mouth trailing kisses down your neck, as the way he whispered your name like it was both a question and a promise.
Steam wrapped around you, fogging the glass, making the world outside disappear — just you, Drew, and the heat between you that had been simmering all day.
And as he pressed you against the shower wall, lips exploring, hands claiming, you couldn’t help but think — you were right.
This shower was going to be so much hotter than the water.
