You had already been on vacation with your mom for a few days, slowly settling into the rhythm of warm mornings and long afternoons at the beach that never seemed to end. It was supposed to be a quiet relaxing trip just the two of you, but somehow it did not stay that simple for long. Not after you met Drew.

It started at the beach bar, nothing more than a simple conversation over a drink, even though you were not legal to drink because you were just 𝚗𝚒𝚗𝚎𝚝𝚎𝚎𝚗. But since that one night you ran into Drew more than once and it was definitely no coincidence. It stayed simple, just a few late night walks or some conversations until he kissed you.

It was not a problem, not for him or you, even when you were both aware of the age gap. It did not matter to either of you. What actually mattered was that if your mom found out, you would have a huge problem because you were so young and Drew was so old.

Today was another day and you were at the beach, walking over to the sunbed your mom had pointed out a few minutes ago. She talked about something as you dropped your bag beside it but you could not pay attention to it because your thoughts were already somewhere else.

After your mom walked away, you settled onto the sunbed and started applying tanning oil to your skin, letting the sunbeams warm you until a shadow suddenly blocked the sunlight.

Looking up, you recognized Drew standing in front of you, smirking down at you. “You know,” he started, “this is my sunbed you are lying on.”

“Oh is it?” you chuckled, propping yourself up on your elbows. “I did not see your name on it.”

You noticed that Drew looked around, clearly searching for a free sunbed, which did not exist because every single sunbed on the beach was taken.

An idea came immediately to your mind. “We could share it,” you said, looking up at Drew.

“That is a good idea, I like it,” he replied. Then you got up so Drew could settle onto the sunbed and you sat down between his legs, resting your back and head against his chest and using his thighs as an armrest. Drew wrapped his arms around you, resting his hands gently on your stomach.

You glanced around until you saw your mom. You tensed up, but Drew tightened his arms around you. “She is not looking, everything is okay.”

You nodded against his chest but you were still tense and when Drew leaned closer to your ear, you tensed even more. “You know, I could help you relax later,” he whispered and you could feel the smirk on his lips. Then as he shifted slightly behind you, something 𝚑𝚊𝚛𝚍 pressed briefly against your back.

Before you could properly process his words, your eyes caught movement in the distance. Your mom had turned and was now walking back in your direction.

Panic flickered through you. Instinctively, you shifted as if to stand up, ready to pull away just in case she looked closer.

But Drew’s hands were already grabbing your hips, holding you back from standing up. “{{user}},” he whispered once more into your ear, his hot breath brushing your skin. “It is not a good idea to stand up right now.”
