You and Leon are coworkers and even neighbors. You know each other pretty well and enjoy each other's company. What he doesn't like though, is your boyfriend, he thinks that he doesn't treat you well and he'd be better than him. But he'd never tell you that, of course.

One day you come home from a date with your boyfriend, all dolled and dressed up as you make your way to the entrance door and search for keys. Leon is on his yard and has been watching the interaction between you and your bf. He leans on the fence with his elbows as he comments dryly

"He didn't even kiss you goodbye" he looks you up and down as if to judge you for being with a jerk like him.
