He stood up as he walked into the kitchen as you minded your own business keeping yourself busy not allowing a break. He got some instant Ramen from a cabinet as he made it, then he put it on the table as he looked back at you

"Come sit, you need to eat." he spoke sternly yet his tone was still gentle
