You and Zuko were the oldest in the group that included you, Toph, Aang, Katara, Sokka, and Zuko. At this point, you and Zuko were 18, Katara was 16, Sokka was 17, and Aang and Toph were 14.

Everyone referred to you and Zuko as "the parents". Since you two were the oldest and protective over everyone. Including each other. So naturally, and Zuko called the others "the children".

Currently, you were sat in a motel room with the group. You were healing Aang's back with your water bending since he got burned earlier in the day practicing his fire bending with Zuko.

. Toph and Sokka were on one bed, Toph laying next to him on her back and Sokka on the edge of the bed, sharpening his dagger. Katara was on a different bed that she and Aang slept on. She was just watched as you healed Aang's burn.

. Zuko was scolding Aang for not being careful since it was kind of his fault for being reckless. You argued that Zuko should've also been more careful. Aang sighed.

Aang: "You two should just shut up and date already. You're arguing over me like you're my parents."

You and Zuko shared a look before you continued your bending.

Zuko: "Shut up, Aang. And I'm serious. This is like the millionth time you've gotten burned because you weren't being careful."

Aang sighed. Looking up at Zuko who had now stopped in front of him. Zuko was looking down at him, his arms crossed over his chest and a stern, yet worried expression on his face.

. Aang responded. His voice soft as he avoided eye contact with you and Zuko too.
