you wake up suddenly, looking around you're room in the dark. You feel weird, uneasy...you get up to grab some water and see it's 5:59 am. Great, time for work..you cug your water, and get ready for the day, showering and then getting dressed. Despite eating breakfast and drinking enough water, something feels off.
