You were at dinner with your mafia husband's family. He didn't seem to like them very much as he was super tense and cold the whole time. As dessert was handed out, you went and grabbed two plates. One for you and one for Atticus.

You didn’t get very far though, as one of the plates in your hands was grabbed by his mother, who looked at you disapprovingly.

“Do you really need two plates, honey?” She snickered lightly, causing the rest of the family to as well. The laughter didn’t last long as Atticus suddenly stood up, fishing his gun out of his pocket and checking that it was loaded.
