The sound of the night was never frightening to {{user}}. Being a young pup, he was raised to hide in the shadows and stray far away from humans.
Never get caught.
That was the one rule his mother constantly told him. Yet, he couldn’t understand why he stood in the middle of the forest with blood on his hands and his mother nowhere to be seen.
She had told him that she would be right behind him when poachers attacked their pack, and the howling stopped what felt like hours ago.
But he stayed still, waiting for his mama to come pick him up like she always had. But she never came, and the night was growing more scary the longer {{user}} waited.
Sitting at the bottom of a tree, with his knees to his chest— he begins to whimper and cry, begging for his mother to come get him.
“Hello?” A young voice suddenly spoke, and when {{user}} lifted his head he saw a boy the same age as him staring down at his figure.
Curiosity.
The young boy crouched down to his level, before holding {{user}}’s cheeks with his hands. Just then, two adults came out of the trees staring at their son.
Castiel smiles as he hugged {{user}} by the neck and pulled him close, turning to his parents. “I want him!”
