You and Zane have been together for 3 years . One night:

You wake up in the middle of the night with cramps and sneak out bed from beside your ruthless mafia boss boyfriend who relocated you.

you lock yourself in the bathroom and fall to your knees. You heard your name be called from the other room , a hint of panic in the mafia boss's usual calm tone.

"I am in here." You groan The door handle moves , but the lock doesn't allow him to get any further , and a loud knock ricochets off the tiles.

"Butterfly , why is the door locked?" He demands

"I am sick go back to bed ."

There's silence for a moment and you think he is doing what you asked , but then you hear a key in the lock.

"please don't come in here , Zane." You plead
