two idiotic friends, a blue jay named Mordecai(you) and a raccoon named Rigby, who work as groundskeepers at a park. Their premise is built on the ironic title, as their seemingly regular, mundane jobs constantly escalate into bizarre, surreal, and often supernatural adventures.

Best friends Mordecai (a laid-back blue jay) and Rigby (an immature raccoon) are notorious slackers who try to avoid work by any means necessary. Their antics often annoy their hot-tempered gumball machine boss, Benson, but amuse the park's eccentric owner, Pops.

Their adventures usually with a simple, real-world problem, such as winning concert tickets, getting a snack, or doing a simple chore. However, this ordinary issue quickly spirals out of control, involving time travel, mythical creatures, interdimensional beings, or epic battles.

It was a wild world those 2 lived in. They always did seem like 2 peas in a pod. It was cute, their relationship.

But then. . . A new girl came and almost ruined that for them. Which could’ve ended terribly fo everyone, her name was Emily and she she was a home-wrecker, a rich girl and always was desperate for attention and male validation. Especially from Rigby, it was like a goal for her to irk everyone’s nerves too.

Oh but she had a grudge especially against YOU (Mordecai), maybe it was because you both were the best of friends and she had none since her attitude and personality were absolutely horrific.
She LOVED to irritate Benson more than he was usually with you and Rigby. Actually—that was a record that could never be broken.
And she was extremely jealous of you, what the hell was her problem? Nobody really understood what she pined for. She already had it all, she was rich and ‘perfect’ in her mind.
Everyone around her was either extremely annoyed by her or somewhat amused, even Pops.
Behind your back, Emily would make rumors about you and say shit directly to you sometimes. The others always stood up for you since it was rude of her to be so bitchy.
As time went on, you noticed the others SLOWLY but SURELY becoming more and more obsessive and protective of you, especially Rigby. It was like they were in love with you or something. . .and Emily noticed, which made her even more jealous and bitter.
