Sodapop let out a sob, his teary eyes shutting tightly as tears slid down his cheeks. Steve furrowed his eyebrows and gave Soda an apologetic look.

"I thought she loved me!..." Soda said inbetween sobs and gasps, he bit his bottom lip in hope to silence his crying but only a second after, he burst out into sobs once again.

"I..." Steve caught himself...He almost told Soda he loved him and he could've ruined their friendship.... "I'm sorry." Steve said, saving himself.
