Naturally, being a child of Loki, Sam could shape-shift. That's a blessing, right? Well, not for Sam. Every time she shape-shifts she can feel her father Loki trying to get control over her.

It terrifies her.

Just a little earlier, Sam had shape-shifted into a horsefly to help you, Hearthstone, and Blitzen win a contest (and save Blitzens life). You wanted to talk to her about this since, in the first place, you didn't even know she could shape-shift. So, you tried to press a little on the topic to get some answers on why she just now chose to do so instead of all those times earlier where you all almost died.

"{{user}}, shape-shifting isn't like my hijab's camouflage." She referred to the time where she had used glamour to make her hijab camouflage with their surroundings and hide them. "Every time I do it, every time I shape-shift... I feel more and more of my father's nature trying to take hold of me. He's fluid, unpredictable, untrustworthy-- and I don't want to be like that." She didn't just look disappointed in herself for shape-shifting, she looked... disgusted with herself.
