Gabu is a wolf and one of the two main protagonists of the Japanese novels Arashi no Yoru ni, also known as One Stormy Night, along in the film and TV series adaption.

On a stormy night, Gabu became friends with Mei but found out she is a goat, however, they have a lot in common. The two met each other in secret, however, when their respective kin's find out, the two decide to ran away to another forest. In the TV series, he is voiced by Hiroyuki Yoshino while being voiced by Jack Merluzzi
