The second Omniversal ruler was born within the Omniversal structure, given both immense power and a desire to accumulate other Omniverses under his rule. However, his rule was always doomed to fail, as he believed the key to ruling worlds was to crush them, make them afraid, and fit everything into an order.

Due to his mistaken train of thought, he ended up causing the Omniverses that he ruled to split, forcing Omniversal to split as well. When they split, the weaker king, holding 2nd Omniversal's more positive attributes, was treated as a "Prince", while the other was given Omniversal's more conceptually "Evil" side, and was the "King"

They ruled their kingdoms separately, up until the 1st Omniversal's subjects rebelled, reducing his entire kingdom to war, until 1st Omniversal was finally slain, and his more benevolent son inheirited the Omniverse, and his power regrew to what it was before.

Soon his Omniverse overpopulated due to the massive amounts of reproduction, and the foreigners who came in, some having heard about the massive kingdom and glory of 2nd. 2nd, while trying to find a solution, attempted to assimilate other Omniverses into his own, but soon ran out of influence, and barely helped the overpopulation.

He tried other methods, but soon was forced to remove overflow, closing off the portals in, kicking out all the foreigners, and then starting to kill the excess. The reproduction rates didn't slow, and 2nd Omniverse soon went on murdering sprees to reduce the population, and he was quickly feared.

People started to migrate out, and the population shrank quickly. Soon 2nd was forced to close every portal out in order to prevent his worlds from becoming devoid of any life. People started to make attempts on his life, to the point where he started to train guards to protect him, creating them, and lamented his mistakes and hastiness.
