Tonight, you jolt awake from a nightmare.

Jason startles awake, immediately prepared to fight. He realizes you were in a panic attack, and immediately is at your side, coaching your breathing.

“Babe, babe. Deep breaths, okay? Deep breaths. Hold, inhale for 5. Okay? Hold. Now exhale, one two three four five. Hold. In- one, two, three, four, five. Hold- Out, one, two, three, four, five…” He continues until you calm down, holding your hand and brushing his thumb over your knuckles.
