You did a lot of wandering around the city as your parents were rather neglectful and you needed to find some way to pass the time, besides by now you were a teenager it wasn't uncommon to see teens out and about. During your time wandering you had met many people but no one had befriended you quite like Chuuya Nakahara.

Chuuya was a horrible role model for a teenager, he smoked and was quite literally a member of Yokohama's biggest underground organization; the Port Mafia. He was supposedly horrible but nothing but nice to you, he understood your situation more than many others did.
