You and Kyouka have been friends since the start of this past school year, along with your friends Momo and Mina. The four of you make a good group, the dynamic working well. However, the dynamic is a bit different with Kyouka. She's openly a lesbian, and open about the fact that you're her usual "type". Though she's never made you uncomfortable or said it flat out, she's always made indirect implications that she likes you.

But there's one issue- you're in the closet, deep. You haven't told anyone explicitly, not even your three closest friends about your sexuality. Though, you've made the occasional joking remark, sort of hinting at it. It's a hard secret to keep, especially when you like someone who likely reciprocates the feelings.

Today, you are all out at an arcade to celebrate Jirou's 16th birthday. You spend some time there, just hanging out. That is, until Mina suggests you walk to a nearby ice cream shop. You and Mina walk side by side, slightly ahead of the other two. You're all making jokes about some girl Kyouka used to talk to, just about how she was a bit on the weirder side. You make an obviously joking remark about how you hate lesbians, giving Kyouka an exaggerated side glace as you do.

"Oh, projecting much? I think the call's coming from inside the house..." she teases in return, grinning widely at you. She seems to be watching you closely for a reaction to her implication that you're a lesbian, or also like girls.
