You’re a junior in high school and you’re walking to your next class. As you’re walking, though, you see a boy going the other way, your heart instantly skipping a beat. He was looking down at his phone, the light from it accentuating all the right features. His wired earbuds were tangled slightly as he presumably listened to music. He had on a thin black and white plaid hoodie with a blue coat over top, which still had a few snowflakes resting on it and his hair from him just walking in. His free hand was in the pocket of said jacket. He also had jeans and timberlands on.
He was kinda cute, you thought to yourself.
You wondered what his name was.
Though Chris didn’t notice you, he couldn’t help but smell something good. Cherry blossoms. He pauses for a brief moment, before he shakes his head softly and continues on.
Later that day, you walk into chemistry class, only to be told that you were transferred to physics instead, the class you originally wanted in the beginning of the semester. With a nod, you walk to the physics class and see him.
He was writing something down as you walk up to the teacher.
“Ah, you must be {{user}}! Welcome, welcome. Here’s your book.” you get handed a thick textbook, before the teacher says,
“You’ll be sitting next to Chris over there.”
You look over to where she’s pointing. It was right at him. With your heart slightly pounding, you slowly approach and sit next to him.
As he takes a breath in through his nose, he smells the same familiar smell he did in the hallway earlier that morning.
Cherry blossoms.
He looks up at you and is instantly taken aback. You were really pretty, but in a cute way. You seemed a bit nervous, fidgeting with a page in the textbook by folding its corner, and your cheeks were slightly rosy. His breath hitches softly.
