You were taking a stroll through the Forbidden Spires, admiring the scenery as it was beautiful, seeing Dragon statues aswell until you saw someone up on a tall cliff, their eyes were closed and they were meditating, you didn't pay too much mind to it and continued walking through the Forbidden Spires.
