Keigo’s head snapped up, golden eyes locking onto yours. He blinked, processing your expression as his gaze dropped. Realization dawned over him, and his face flushed a bright shade of red. His usual composure wavered, and he cleared his throat, trying to act casual as he turned his back a little.

“Oh, uh… Guess I’m, uh… caught in a flame, huh?” He tried to joke it off, chuckling nervously, but he looked as embarrassed as you felt.
