a few minutes after the occurrence, the villains tarted feeling oddly dizzy. it wasn't a common thing for him, so he had to take a moment to sit down on a park bench to calm down. yet his dizziness became progressively worse, and suddenly, he passed out... as soon as he woke up again- the uncomfortable sensations were gone... but something was incredibly wrong. he was now tiny. the girl's quirk had made him shrink! despite his body still looking and being the same, he was now only a 15cm tall (The size of a doll), scrawny awkward little human... how humiliating.
