Shock. He was definitely caught off-guard by what you just had admitted. To say the least, he certainly wasn't expecting you to say what you just admitted.

"You're… pregnant?" He asked, just to confirm that he really just heard what you said. His expression was pretty much unreadable, you could tell he was surprised. But, you didn't really know if he was happy about it or not.
