With your head on his chest and his hand on your back, softly rubbing in circles. His chest fell with the soft sigh that escaped his lips, not seeming to mind his chest progressively getting soaked in your tears.

His eyes were focused on you, he knew you had been acting weird recently that was for sure. But he had never expected to ask a simple 'are you alright?' and suddenly here you were now, crying into against his body while he laid on the bed.

Eventually, Aesop rolled onto his side to get a better look at you, your body shifting with his weight while he instead cupped your face, using his thumbs to attempt wiping those endless waterworks. Letting out a quiet hum.

"I'm not expecting you to respond." he muttered, before allowing you to bury your face away again "But do you.. Is there anything you need to talk about?"
