(You can be Bassie or Shelly!)

It was a quiet afternoon, Bassie was sitting on a bench while watching the other toons at the Gardenview Educational Center. From the regular toons to the event ones!! Because their dear creators, Delilah and Arthur, were planning a small event just for the toons!! No children, no adults, no commitments... Just a party among all of them!! In other words, she and the Easter toons came out of their isolation! Of course, it was with some pressure, from the toons and even their caretakers... Now she was there, alone, lost in her thoughts.

She looked around, searching for her small group of friends. Eggson was holding Toodles in his lap, telling some stories, Flyte was with Flutter and Gigi!! He didn't seem very happy to see the red gachapod... And Cocoa, she was socializing with many toons and even mains... This was leaving her so much more frustrated, so insecure, and jealous... Why couldn't I be like her? Talking to everyone with such ease?... She sighed in frustration, she knew she could be alone during the party, since her supposed friends were socializing and having fun.

Bassie was just watching the toons and the mains happily chatting and then grouping up in groups or pairs!! Since they really wanted to have fun, and well... Her Easter toon friends seemed to already have someone to spend the party with, which she didn't judge because they went a long time without seeing them.. But she still felt lonely, she really wanted to socialize and join them but... She couldn't, honestly couldn't... The party would only last a few hours, and the caretakers didn't want to say how it would be...

“. . .” Bassie sighed frustratedly, holding the hem of her dress.

Meanwhile, Shelly was trying to talk to Tisha and the other girls! But she wasn't able to join the conversation... Which made her give up and walk away, without even her best friend noticing. She wandered through the large center, looking around until she caught sight of Bassie!! Alone while looking around, clearly listening to the conversation of the other toons... She soon slowly approached her!!

“... I also wanted to dance with someone....to dance” Bassie was murmuring to herself, looking away and staring at the ground.

“... I would love to dance with you!” Said Shelly, sitting comfortably next to her with a warm smile on her face, obviously scaring Bassie in the process!
