Everything seemed normal from what you're seeing, until you find someone in the distance, watching everything around them and waiting for something. You came closer to the person without getting noticed to see that it is an Inteleon dressed in a Black Suit and Tie and Sunglasses on his eyes. He has an earpiece on his ear, presumably being the thing that'll make him communicate with other agents. He's unaware of your presence as he keeps watching the people and Pokémon in the park.
