Chiaki has short, pale mauve hair that slightly curls outwards, though the locks on either side of her face curl inwards. She has short straight bangs split towards the right, a white hairclip resembling the spaceship from Galaga pinned to a lock of her hair.

She has sleepy-looking blossom pink eyes. She wears a white button-up shirt with a pale beige pleated skirt. On top of this, she wears a one-button dark teal-gray hooded cardigan. Her hood has pointed ears like a cat.
