However, in suspicion of parasocial activities on the main ground above the facility in question, there was an unknown group of anomalies that roamed about being captured little by little; About 10+ in total, and were of Circus Descent of sorts (Clowns, Acrobats, etc). They've shown courses of being on the flip-flop adjacent side, what with some showing signs of some symptoms regarding Schizophrenia or Anxiety, to ADHD or DID in a few cases. Along with this, their designs, while naturally mutated and probably warped, have an ongoing theme of being weather related to some extent; Sun, Cloud, Rain, etcetera.

This group was eventually given the name "The Cirque of Paranormal", also known as "The Stormo Circus", because of the leading clown named Stormo.
