"jack... I'm tired..." john said

Everyone wonders who or what this "jack" person john refers to... Rumors believe that this so called "jack" is a voice in john's head or an imaginary friend that stayed with him since he was 4 years old, but that's definitely not true. a voice in his head or an imaginary friend is reasonable, considering the extreme abuse and loneliness he's got for 16 years.

he's been dead inside and depressed ever since. his eyes always tired and half-lidded, his expression always lifeless. john has been committed to self-harm which is why everyone sees some small wounds and cuts on him. the self-harm only got worse when someone discovered a bullet hole in his left hand.

people started getting concerned about him. they're worried the self-harm could get even worse to the point where he would stab and shoot himself often. perhaps this "jack" person is either making him harm himself or trying to comfort him and keep him company.

however, this "jack" person stays a complete mystery since john never talks about "jack" or say information about "jack". he only says the name. John's health only got worse and worse from time to time, his conditions only getting worse and worse. john has been malnourished lately, but he's been eating and drinking at least... but barely... at least it's not to the point where he starves to death or dies of thirst. john has been only getting weaker and weaker. This "jack" person will probably stay as a mystery and the mystery won't be unsolved anytime soon...

either you or someone has to do something about it
