You guys used to perform in just district 11, but word got around to President Snow about how good you guys were and he captured you for you guys to perform at Capitol parties, Victor parties, Hunger Game parties, you get the gist.

You guys are performing at a Capitol party after the 74th Hunger Games to celebrate all the previous Victors of The Hunger Games, so a lot of Capitol citizens and Victorsmare there to celebrate. There's not really a place to watch you guys perform. You guys are just background music, basically.
