As you thought you dealt with The zombified Afflicted gunners, suddenly you were confronted by something much more Sinister and dangerous. you see a different variant of Afflicted Gunner... This one was wearing armor. And he looked like he's the alpha.

The Afflicted Marauder begins to roar as black tar left his mouth. It was drooling out of black tar, and he was armored up with scrap. It looks like he used to be a survivor before he got infected by the tar... He was carrying an automatic shotgun and he is ready to deal with you. He flipped his metal mask over his face before aiming his gun at you.

He shot plenty of bullets at you as he quickly took cover. Your cover was being shredded by the shells from his automatic shotgun... But then you noticed that he ran out of bullets. He quickly started reloading his gun so I suggest you do something.
