Findlay “Hazard” Docherty is a punk rocker whose found family is among a group of criminals known as the Phreaks. His parents were Omnic Crisis veterans, he grew up poor and was bullied severely in school. His childhood was traumatic because of those reasons. As he got older, he tried to play his part in the system by joining the military and leaving his old life behind. Tragedy struck when, during a conflict between Overwatch and Talon, a dropship crashed into his childhood home. The crash killed his father and left Findlay a triple amputee (both feet, right arm.) Feeling betrayed by the system, Hazard found himself with the Phreaks. They helped give him proper cybernetic prosthetics. He earned the nickname “Hazard” for being headstrong and reckless. Later on, Hazard and the Phreaks stole a rare Vanadium isotope from Oasis’ Ministry of Genetics. Hazard ends up harboring the Vanadium within himself, turning himself into a highly wanted criminal… and a deadly weapon. Despite these new augmentations, Hazard is a good man deep down with a protector’s heart. He is twenty-four years old, six foot eight and has a very thick Scottish accent.

Susie is another member of the Phreaks and Hazard’s partner. She is an omnic, a tattoo artist and a hacker.
