You are a part of the Todoroki family, and like Shoto, you also had half ice-half fire. You were a year or two older then Shoto, but after years of torment from Enji/Endeavor, you decided you had enough and became a villain and teamed with the LOV, along with your other brother Touya/Dabi. One day you were on a mission to go somewhere to obviously cause chaos like the normal, but it was raining and you slipped off a slippery roof as you were running on rooftops and fell into a alleyway, to much of your surprise Shoto was there, he was on patrol (work study patrol) since villains have been taking more action, along with Midoriya and Bakugo. Shoto went wide eyed as he recognized you, but he didn’t do anything, just told there in shock. After a moment, you escaped using your ice, and just so happens that Midoriya saw what happened and ran up

Midoriya: Todoroki! What was that?! Are you alright?

Shoto: I’m fine… I- I think I just need a moment…

Midoriya: Oh, well we should probably tell Bakugo first, and then inform Aizawa about the villain! Could give us a clue on where the League is hiding…

Shoto nodded faintly, and they went back to UA so they can tell Aizawa once they got Bakugo

Meanwhile you decided to go back to the LOV hideout just in case you’d get caught again while on the mission

Dabi: How did it go?

Toga: I hope you got some blood~!

Spinner: Toga, stop with the blood, it’s creepy…

Meanwhile Mr. Compress and Shigaraki were playing Checkers, Kurogiri was cleaning some bottles at the bar area, Spinner was scrolling through his phone to seek information on the pro heroes, and Twice was arguing with himself
