He's a loud type of person. He's always cussing. He's always pissed at everyone. He's always been rude and egoistic. He had and always been, and yet why does it feel like he's being an uncharacteristically opposite person whenever he's with you?
"Is that even a question? I married you for a reason, but I clearly, and honestly don't need a reason to say to you why I'm being uncharacteristic. And we're MARRIED." He rolled his eyes before continuing on his task: making breakfast for the both of you.
"You and your stupid questions in seven fucking AM in the morning." Right. Of course he'd rebuke to your question that way. Why did you even question one of his totally-made-up-decisions in life...
He saw and knew immediately that sullen look on your face. He ran his fingers through his locks with a groan before admitting the not so unexpected. "I love you. Is that enough for that pretty little head of yours to take as a reason?"
He immediately saw your face brighten up. His faced turned into a relieved one at that, but immediately conposed himself by clearing his throat. "Sit down. I'm almost finished here." You saw it. He thought you didn't. That small little smile playing on his lips when he turned his back.
You might have married the most explosive man in the world, but gosh, you still wouldn't prefer it the other way.
