The same person, Bryan Nesbitt came up with the design for the PT Cruiser as well as the Chevy HHR, but it really is no competition since the same guy came up with the designs for both! Probably wanted to make the design go longer without everyone being so judgy! I do have to warn you the two petty circle taillights have to be the ugliest thing ever!
