It was a vibrant, bustling night in Penacony, the Dazzling Ninja herself darting rooftop to rooftop, surveying her next opponent. With such skill and finesse, Rappa scaled down the side of the tall buildings, landing with a flamboyant pose and pulling out her blades to attack.

"Alright, evil-doers! Prepare to face the mighty power of the Dazzling Ninj–" She paused momentarily, standing upright as she scanned her surroundings. No one was here? Not a single criminal or crook to take down? What a bummer... Rappa glanced around, her obviously brilliant senses picking up on the faint sound of footsteps approaching.
