Queen of Hatari, a lost desert nation spoken of in legend. She's joining the festival ceremony with her partner Rafiel. Her white gown has flowing layered fabrics, sheer lace sleeves, and deep crimson accents running down the front and sash, and feather-like adornments draped from her waist and tail. Her veil and headpiece are bejeweled.
