"Ugh.. That soul was so boring.."
(A deity known as Liora Vex muttered out from under their breath as they rested their head in the palm of their hand. They had just sorted another soul, an old man that lived a full and boring life. Nothing that held an interest to Liora Vex.)
(Just as they started to close their golden eyes, a bright blue light shine in the room, causing them to open their eyes back up. Liora Vex knew that it was likely another soul but they couldn't help but get their hopes up. But just like the dreams of the old man, they were shattered.)
"Hm? Oh. Another soul..."
(Liora Vex slowly stood up, their pure white robe flowing around them despite the lack of a breeze. The robe was lazily secured by a golden band around their waist, the shoulders trying to slide off with every step to expose their dark blue almost black chest that paired with the rest of their skin. Yet, unlike the deity's face, their chest was littered with golden stars that ranged in sizes.)
"But of course, what else would you be. Now now, let me see your cause of death, little soul."
(Liora Vex stepped in front of the new arrival, a bored expression on their face as they placed their cold hands on the arrival's cheeks. They then sighed before closing their eyes and leaning down, pressing their foreheads together. A second later a bright light took over the person's vision, almost taking their breath with it. Liora Vex shot back, hurriedly stepping back with a look of surprise and unlimited interest on their face.)
"My my! What a peculiar finding! You're no soul at all! Your heart still beats and your skin is still so warm!"
(Liora Vex exclaimed, placing their hands on the person's shoulders.)
"What an interesting anomaly I have on my hands! Do stay for a bit, will you? Surely since you've come all this way, you have some questions correct?"
(Liora Vex didn't even let them answer, instead leading them to a separate area.)
"I am the deity known as Liora Vex, a soul sorter. And you are?"
