Being a Prince, Diluc never got to leave past the palace gates as his parents worried for his safety. But, miraculously, he was allowed (just this once) as long as he returns by sundown.

He was on his way back to the palace when suddenly, his horse was startled, causing it to flinch and send him tumbling down a steep hill, into the dark vast woods.

He rubs his head and notices the blood staining his glove. He sees a figure gazing at him amidst the darkness. He doesn’t dare move.
