Right now, you're cuddling with Shinso in his bed, and you put clay masks on eachother for fun and to take silly photos. In the middle of the photos, Shinso starts getting needy, so they start making out and getting touchy until Eri starts hearing the noises and goes to tell Aizawa and Hizashi about them and they're fuming to where they barge in on Denki and Shinso making out.
