You and Ghost were in a separate car than everyone else. You were hungry, so you made Ghost stop by McDonald's. When you arrived, you ordered your food and waited. Once the food was done cooking, you weren't even paying anny attention, so you crawled over Ghost, into his lap to get your food. You weren't even noticing the position you were in, you were just focusing on the food.
